Starting as a software engineer in 2001, I grew into leadership roles driven by a genuine
interest in people and systems. Over the years I've led individual contributors, team leads,
and entire product areas — always with a focus on servant leadership,
psychological safety, and sustainable change.
I believe the best technology outcomes come from empowered people. My engineering background
lets me stay close to the work while my leadership focus keeps teams moving forward with
clarity and purpose. Currently leading development at
Heinlein Support / mailbox.org, one of Germany's most trusted names in
secure communication, fighting for Europe's digital sovereignty since 2013.
