Leading the development team of mailbox.org. Currently shaping the way we work: cross-functional teams, focus iterations, and a rotating point person for critical tasks, protecting everyone else's focus. Maturing our OKRs into a meaningful framework: fewer, sharper objectives, with the first measurable results coming in.

Also pushing AI into how we build: on top of GitHub Copilot we introduced Junie, and output per iteration is climbing. The telling part is where the constraint moves next, upstream into product discovery and refinement, so the focus becomes scaling product and tech together, not just shipping code faster. And evolving the craft around it, starting with how we run code reviews when more of the code is AI-assisted.

Home Assistant tinkering, now with MCP and AI in the mix, garden projects, WoW MoP Classic with the guild, and testing new cooking and BBQ recipes whenever I get the chance. Lately going deeper into chess, and back into fantasy: The Last Unicorn by Peter S. Beagle right now, with Le Guin's Earthsea and Lee Young-do's The Bird That Drinks Tears next on the pile.

Still rage-quitting LinkedIn and other feeds after too many bad AI images. Too many = one or two.
